Love comedy entertainment and songs from the 80’s? Make a booking immediately for The Glitter Girls at The Playhouse Loft Theatre. This year the annual family pantomime is Puss in Boots which comes to the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre from 5 December till 11 January. This version is set on an enchanted tropical island. Puss in Boots is written and directed by Steven Stead and designed by Greg King. The performances are at 2:30pm (Tuesday to Sunday) and 7pm on Fridays and some Saturdays. The ever popular annual Dolphins by Starlight at uShaka Marine World is happening on 10 – 14 December this year. Starring Clive Gumede and songstress Samantha Landers who will be accompanied by the voices of the 20 piece Durban Gospel Choir, child star Lasandra Majola and a live band headed by musical director Evan Roberts. Scrooge’s Christmas happening at the Durban Christian Centre Jesus Dome is a heart warming stage production for the whole family. Performances are at 7pm on the 18 – 20 December and tickets are R35 and can be bought at Computicket.
